2. किस्त न आने के मुख्य कारण और उनका समाधान2. Main reasons the installment doesn't come, and the fix

1. e-KYC पूरी न होनाe-KYC not donee-KYC अनिवार्य है। पेंडिंग हो तो पोर्टल पर आधार OTP से या नज़दीकी कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर (CSC) पर बायोमेट्रिक से तुरंत पूरा कराएँ। अब हर वित्त वर्ष में एक बार e-KYC करानी होती है।e-KYC is mandatory. If it is pending, finish it right away with Aadhaar OTP on the portal or by biometrics at the nearest Common Service Centre (CSC). It now has to be done once every financial year.³⁴⁵
2. लैंड सीडिंग में समस्याLand seeding problemज़मीन के रिकॉर्ड का सत्यापन न हुआ हो या "Pending" दिखे, तो राज्य के कृषि विभाग या राजस्व अधिकारी (तलाटी/पटवारी) से मिलकर ज़मीन के कागज़ अपडेट कराएँ। 1 फरवरी 2019 के बाद ज़मीन मिलने वाले या एक परिवार में एक से ज़्यादा लाभार्थी वाले मामलों की किस्त जाँच पूरी होने तक रुकी रहती है।If land records are not verified or show "Pending", meet your state agriculture department or revenue official (talati/patwari) to update them. Installments for land acquired after 1 February 2019, or for more than one beneficiary in a family, stay on hold until physical verification is done.⁴
3. बैंक खाता आधार से न जुड़ा होनाBank account not linked to Aadhaarपैसा सिर्फ़ आधार से जुड़े (सीडेड) बैंक खाते में आता है। अपनी बैंक शाखा या इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट्स बैंक (IPPB) जाकर खाते में आधार सीडिंग कराएँ।Money goes only to an Aadhaar-seeded bank account. Visit your bank branch or India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) to get Aadhaar seeded in your account.⁸
4. फार्मर रजिस्ट्री न होनाNo Farmer Registryएग्रीस्टैक के तहत फार्मर रजिस्ट्री ज़रूरी की गई है, जिसमें हर किसान को 12 अंकों की फार्मर ID मिलती है। गुजरात में यह gjfr.agristack.gov.in, "Farmer Registry" ऐप, गाँव के VCE या जन सेवा केंद्र से होती है। कागज़: आधार, आधार से जुड़ा मोबाइल, और 7/12 व 8-अ।The Farmer Registry under AgriStack is now required, giving each farmer a 12-digit Farmer ID. One beneficiary can help up to 100 other farmers through the app.³⁵

किसी भी तरीके से की गई e-KYC का स्टेटस 24 घंटे बाद दिखता है। काम के लिए बाहर गए किसान अपनी मौजूदा जगह से भी e-KYC कर सकते हैं।e-KYC done by any method shows in the status after 24 hours. Farmers who have moved away for work can do it from where they are now.³⁵

पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना क्या है?What is the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme?

केंद्र सरकार ने 2019 में यह योजना शुरू की। इसमें पात्र किसान परिवारों को साल में ₹6,000 मिलते हैं, ₹2,000 की तीन किस्तों में, सीधे आधार से जुड़े बैंक खाते में (DBT)। पहली 23 किस्तों में 11 करोड़ से ज़्यादा किसान परिवारों को ₹4.47 लाख करोड़ से ज़्यादा मिल चुके हैं, जिसमें गुजरात के 69.26 लाख किसानों को ₹24,137 करोड़ से ज़्यादा।The central government launched the scheme in 2019. Eligible farmer families get ₹6,000 a year in three ₹2,000 installments, straight into an Aadhaar-seeded bank account (DBT).
